These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of SOLID IDEA, for both individuals and entities of any legal form. SOLID IDEA is a trade name with registered office at Neerbeekstraat 75, 8501 Kortrijk, CBE 0667 686 731.
All offers are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of VAT, exclusive of delivery costs.
Delivery times are always agreed upon in consultation and are indicative.
Delivered goods remain the property of SOLID IDEA until full payment has been received.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery to ue.aedidilos@ofni.
All invoices are payable immediately upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of non-payment by the due date, a late payment interest of 1.3% per month is due by operation of law, plus a fixed compensation of 12% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of €45.
All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
